It was a different time I suppose. But - Call me fickle. I do not talk to a machine. Then wait for a response? No thanks.

Called Broadway location and was able to get an account set up very quickly and very pleasant service. I would stay away from this location because you can't schedule services if no one answers the phone or are able to at least leave a message.....you would be throwing your money away!
