  I've gotten 3 of these to date - all bad. It's tough when you get as a gift because you don't want to tell someone the product is terrible but I finally was honest and they were glad to know the product isn't up to par.. The fruit is not ripe which has to be the case to make the shapes. The pineapple had to be thrown away- they used the core to make the shape. We've learned to call them "unedible arrangements" Don't waste your money.

  I ordered an arrangement for my mother on Valentine's Day (like I have done for the past 3 years) this time when the delivery made it to my mother's job the fruit looked old and some pieces looked spoiled. I have went online and complained, I've called and I have even walked into the store and left my number for a manager to contact me about the issue and still to this date NOTHING.
